Fourteen-year-old Meg and her little brother Charles Wallace set out with their friend Calvin in a search for their father a scientist / physicist for the government. He has gone missing after working on a mysterious secret project called a tesseract. The children must search the universe through the fabric of time and space to find him. Grades 5-8.
